The traditional Thai BBQ (Moo kata)

If the Mookata is completely new to you, don't worry because we'll explain it in the next 5 steps.
After these steps, you'll know everything and you will use the Moo Kata like a pro.

Step 1:
Fry the cube of pork fat. Rub the pork fat on the top of the grill, or let the fat melt gently.
It will ultimately give you a smooth and greasy surface to grill your meat on!
This is the way to grease your grill and will also give you a stronger and more authentic flavor.

Step 2:
Fill the ring with stock. Crack the egg and mix it into the broth in the ring. Then you also add the noodles and vegetables.
This is going to be a delicious soup.

Step 3:
Fish and fish balls love to swim, so let them cook in the soup.
We use a lightly flavored broth to give the dish more flavor.

Step 4:
In the meantime, the pork fat has melted nicely and it's time for the grill.
Spread the meat, shrimp and squid on the grill. Don't over-twist it.

Step 5:
When the meat is cooked, it's time to dip in the delicious sauce and fill your bowl with the soup from the ring.
